Whether you're a club racer or a professional, if you want to win, Westaway Sails can provide you with the speed and performance you need.

We are continually looking at ways to develop our racing sails, looking at shape as well as optimum types of cloth to use for all racing boats.

We aim to provide durable sails which will last for more than a couple of seasons, so when choosing sails do contact us to discuss the level of racing you expect to be undertaking. We can then advise you on the best sail cloth to use and also about any fabric restrictions to conform to class rules or handicap systems.

Fast racing sails that win !

We use the latest manufacturing technologies to reduce weight and stretch – thus improving your performance on the racecourse.

Westaway Sails are regularly seen at the front of IRC, One Design, Traditional and Keel Boat fleets.

Stronger and lighter cloths are being developed on an ongoing basis and Westaway Sails is taking advantage of this to provide the best possible sails for its customers, using any developments on the Grand Prix circuit to benefit club racing and cruising sailors.

The following are links to data sheets for several of our standard sails. You can also find links to data sheets for sail materials from the Sailcloth page. Tri-radial racing genoa, Tri-radial jib, Tri-radial jib, vertical battens, Cross cut racing jib, Cross cut jib, Cross cut jib, vertical battens, Tri-radial racing genoa, Tri-radial short battened mainsail, Symmetrical racing spinnaker, Asymmetrical racing spinnaker, Code zero gennaker / MPG and Snuffer.
